Word for Beginners is for computer users who have never used Microsoft Word and those who are new to the program and wish to learn more about it. Participants should be familiar with using a mouse or touchpad. Registration is required, as there is a limited number of laptop stations.

• Use and Format Text
• Check Spelling and Grammar
• Use Find and Replace
• Format Tabs, Lines, and Paragraphs
• Create Lists
• Add Links
• Create a Page Layout
• Use Headers, Footers, and Page Numbers
• Add Pictures and Other Objects
• Save and Print
